(Chico Enterprise-Record) A medicine cabinet in need of dusting could benefit with a national prescription drug take-back event Saturday hosted by the Chico State University Police Department and Student Affairs office.
Unneeded prescription and over-the-counter pills, liquids, sharps and e-cigarettes with their batteries removed will be accepted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the roundabout by Chico State on Normal Avenue and West Second Street.
Just pull into the turnout on the circle, bring items to the table, legal or not, and be on your way, says Lt. Bryce Davison with the University Police Department.
