(Politico, Jan 8) Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts took an innovative step in September to prepare for potential opioid overdoses on campus.
It opted to make the anti-overdose medication Narcan publicly available at about 50 sites on campus. Narcan can be found in nearly every campus building in defibrillator cases. Bridgewater State was one of the first universities to take such precautions. Read more.
